No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, open to receive. You’ll be guided and supported every step of the way, allowing your body to relax, release, and settle into stillness.
No, you do not need to know how to swim. You will be fully supported on a floating pool bed throughout your session, allowing you to relax comfortably and feel at ease.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. For floating sessions, we recommend capri-length pants or shorts, as you will be stepping into shallow water to get onto your pool bed. Towels are provided for your comfort.
Floating sessions are weather permitting. In the event of unfavorable conditions, your session will be rescheduled to ensure your experience remains safe, comfortable, and aligned with the quality of care we provide.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend. Private floating sound bath sessions allow for additional guests (up to 7 total). Simply select the “add guest” option at checkout or reach out ahead of time to reserve your space.
